Dr. Marissa Hebert is originally from Fort Kent, Maine. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences at Husson University in Bangor, ME in 2016. She then went on to earn her doctorate at the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in Portland, ME in 2021.

After dental school, Dr. Hebert completed a one-year General Practice Residency program at the University of Vermont Medical Center in June 2022.

Although she has enjoyed her time living amongst the beauty of Vermont, she is excited to be back in her home state of Maine!

Through her experience living in the County, Dr. Hebert witnessed firsthand many of the difficulties patients in her community faced with regards to access to dental care. This led her to become involved with the public health effort to bring quality dental care to patients in rural Maine.

Dr. Hebert is involved in the National Health Service Corps. She is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Maine Dental Association, and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

In her spare time Dr. Hebert enjoys making memories with her friends and family, exploring new restaurants and working on craft projects.

Marissa will be joining the HFHC team in September of 2022.
