Harrington Family Health Center executive director, Lee Umphrey is quoted in the article

Harrington provides not only primary care but also mental-health care, dentistry, podiatry, and wellness and prevention services. “The first step in becoming a PCMH was increasing our focus on integration,” says Umphrey. “If a patient comes in and is in mental distress, we have a process internally so that we have a warm handoff to the mental-health department.”
